Measures for the Long Lifespan of Road Bridges
Even 2 to 3 days after rainfall, stagnant water is observed at the edges of the pavement surface and around the expansion joints, likely due to rainwater inflow from the ground cover. This can lead to the deterioration of the pavement structure, the bridge itself, and the expansion joints. With the urgent need for infrastructure aging countermeasures, this is an absolutely necessary construction method.
